Control Footrests

These footrests are 'precision investment cast' in heat-treated stainless steel.  They use the most common mounting method of 12mm hole and bush, which can have any inside diameter (usually 8mm, but on new Gas Gas 10mm).

The hoop shape is the result of many, many trials, and is  the optimum ergonomic solution encouraging good technique and riding stance. This platform is lower by 10mm, and the back edge is 8mm further back using the same mounting. The cross bracing offers maximum strength and mud clearance, and the underside presents the best ground clearance possible. The tooth pattern offers excellent grip without ripping the soles off your boots!

We have also included a "kick out ramp" for those who like to clean their footrests before entering a section, for example; the ramp stops you from hitting the swinging arm with the teeth of the footrest  when you do this.
